Mesothelioma

Mesothelioma

Our firm is small by design. We made this choice because we care about the people we represent. To care about someone, you must know them; to know them, you must spend time with them. As a small firm, we have the time to know and care about our clients and understand their concerns. The diagnosis of an asbestos-related disease brings with it a degree of uncertainty and anxiety. We know those feelings, and we want to help. Our entire staff is on a first-name basis with everyone we represent. You will soon discover that compassion is a hallmark of our work.

Caring, however, is only part of the story. We are highly skilled professionals who have been representing people with mesothelioma and other asbestos diseases for well more than thirty years. Through decades of experience, we have learned how to maximize the value of an asbestos case. We do this by enlisting the services of top-flight experts, including pulmonary specialists, pathologists, industrial hygienists, and forensic economists. We obtain information by serving discovery on defendants, and by interviewing witnesses and gathering key documents. Though we always prepare for trial, most of our cases settle before trial. You will soon discover that a commitment to success is another hallmark of our work.

Collaboration with our clients is a critical component of our success. You are the most important source of information we will have in your case. We will begin by sending you a Basic Client Intake Form that will give us a limited amount of valuable information about you. We will interview you to learn about your exposure to asbestos. You will provide us the names of your doctors, and we will get your medical records. Mainly, you will provide information to us, and we will use that information to gather evidence for your case.

Finally, we work on a contingency fee basis. We take a percentage from each settlement we negotiate. You will never write a check to us.

We cannot change the world, but we can make a difference for you and your family.
