A Message to Our Clients Regarding COVID-19

To our valued Clients and Friends,

As we monitor the COVID-19 situation developing around the world, our top priority is to maintain the health and safety of our employees, clients and community members while maintaining a consistent level of client service. We wanted to reach out to you to provide an update on what Shingler Law is doing in the wake of current events.

As is the case in many California counties, we are currently working under a “Shelter in Place” order.  Law firms like ours are considered Essential Businesses, which allows us to remain open to provide legal services for you and your family.  To protect the health and safety of our attorneys and valued staff, all Shingler Law employees and contractors are currently working from remote locations.  Please be assured that we are able to access all of our client files and are able to do all work that is needed for your case.

Many Federal and State court systems have announced temporary closures or have substantially cut back on public access to the courts.  We are actively monitoring these closures and have been in communication with court staff to make sure that the legal interests of our clients are protected to the fullest extent possible.

For those of you who may be considering becoming new clients of Shingler Law, please know that we are there for you and able to meet your legal needs.  If you have been diagnosed with mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer or asbestosis, we are here for you. 

We understand that this is a very difficult and stressful time.  For those dealing with the special worries that come from the diagnosis of an asbestos-related disease, the additional stress from the current COVID-19 pandemic can seem overwhelming.  Please know that we are here to help you in any way possible as a law firm.
